Gordon Keddie Gordon J. Keddie came to Southside RP in 2004. He is a native of Edinburgh, Scotland and a graduate of the Universities of Aberdeen (B.Sc. [Hons Zoology]) and Edinburgh (Dip.Ed), and Moray House College of Education. He taught Biology in Edinburgh for some years before sensing a call to the ministry. He subsequently attended Westminster Seminary, in Philadelphia (undergrad. and grad. work) and the Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary, in Pittsburgh (M.Div). He was ordained to the gospel ministry in June 1974.
Prior to being called to Indianapolis, he served churches in Pittsburgh, Wishaw (Scotland), and State College, Pennsylvania. Gordon is known for his earnest expository preaching, and his many books and articles on the Bible and its teaching. He has ministered across the world, most recently in South Africa, and is a frequent conference speaker in this country. He has been married to Jane (McMillan) from Coldenham, New York since 1974, and they have three grown sons, Donald, Iain, and David. He is a graduate of the Queen's University of Belfast (B.A. Hons. French and Modern History), the University of Ulster at Coleraine (Postgrad.Cert.Ed.) and the Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (M.T.Cert. and M.Div.). David was teacher of World History and Bible at Covenant Christian High School in Indianapolis for six years before receiving a call to be Associate Pastor at Southside RP, being ordained and installed in August 2008. David is married to June, a native of Columbus, Indiana, and they have four children, Katie, Ethan, Calvin, and Owen.
